After setting the new password, don't scramble it immediately - test it by changing one digit first. Please remember your new password carefully, otherwise the lock will become unusable.

Pull the shackle upward

Rotate the shackle 90° counterclockwise until its protrusion aligns with the lock body's groove, then press down

Rotate no more than 160 degrees counterclockwise - now you can set a new combination

After setting your new code (e.g. 9999), you may scramble the wheels freely (Warning: If you forget your new password, the lock will be permanently locked)
